We strive to prepare our fosters for their new forever home to the best of our ability. We housebreak/litterbox train, crate train, teach to walk on a leash, socialize, etc. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible for both the pet and the family. We do this by providing educational material and support after the adoption.Shila is a COURTESY LISTING - Contact info is below - If you're looking for a loyal companion with sweet, puppy dog eyes, Shila is the dog for you. She is happiest curled up beside her chosen person, lavishing them with affection or chewing on a peanut butter stuffed Kong toy. Shila lives in a home with another dog and several cats and gets along with everyone. Small children, strangers and loud noises make her nervous, so she'll be happiest in a quiet home. A soft dog bed and room to sprint around when the mood strikes her are also important.
